Marian helps software companies in their scale-up phase to confidently handle their growth in the number of customers and developers. He sets up a culture within the company, improves the product cycle, communication between product and development, helps new leaders grow, creates new teams, and changes the structure.
Marian also contributed to the stabilization and growth of the development department at Mews from 35 to 100 people over the past 2.5 years while maintaining successful execution of goals by teams at a minimum of 80%.
Additionally, Marian serves as a coach for engineering managers and leads their internal meet-ups.
